Joyce Communications is a Washington, D.C.-based full-service communications firm founded in 1995 and specializing in television production and newsletter services. Joyce Communications has years of experience in producing television/radio shows for federal leaders and publishing federal newsletters. The company's focus is reporting on how important federal news affects state's residents.

Our current program, "Nevada's Eye On Washington," has aired statewide in Nevada since February 1995. It now airs on eight stations -- six television and two radio stations -- across the state. Its broadcast on KKOH radio in Northern Nevada is number one in its time period and the show has grown incredibly since its launch on public stations more than a decade ago.

"Senator Max Cleland's Washington Report" aired statewide in Georgia from 1999-2002 and "Senator Debbie Stabenow's Washington Report" aired statewide in Michigan from 2001-2004. "The Washington Report With Congressman Bill Shuster" launched in 2005 for a limited run.

All programs are hosted by veteran journalist Marilee Joyce whose producing, anchoring and reporting career includes positions with CNN, and ABC and NBC affiliates around the country.

Joyce Communications additionally is the publisher of "Nevada's Washington Watch," a 20-page federal newsletter. The company also is the previous publisher of "Wisconsin's Washington Watch."

Marilee Joyce founded Joyce Communications, Inc. in 1995 with the goal of providing non-partisan, balanced news on how federal issues affect states.

Her statewide Nevada show, "Eye On Washington," has been on the air for more than 12 years. It airs on six tv stations -- including CBS and FOX affiliates -- and two radio stations. Marilee hosts that program and features members of the Nevada Congressional delegation along with other federal, national, state and local leaders. The company also publishes Nevada's Washington Watch, a 20-page newsletter that targets how federal issues affect Nevada's primary industries and citizens.

During the time the Nevada show has aired, Marilee also has produced and hosted statewide shows for Michigan and Georgia (each aired for three years, consecutively) and a short program for Pennsylvania.

She also produced a pilot program called KIDS America! and currently is working with Reuters Television on a pilot for a news program called "Financial Rhythms," which focuses on financial concerns of the minority community.

Marilee is a graduate of the University of Nevada's Donald W. Reynolds School of Journalism and in 2004 founded an endowment for the college, the Marilee Joyce Broadcast Scholarship, which annually helps a journalism student with tuition needs.
